1. Purpose

This application ("Application") is an internal tool developed and operated by lisa sonnifor the sole purpose of accessing and displaying analytics and performance metrics for the Company's own TikTok account.

The Application is not intended for public use or for connecting third-party TikTok accounts.

2. Authorized Use

Access to the Application is limited to authorized personnel of lisa sonni.

Users agree to use the Application solely for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and TikTok's Developer Terms and API policies.

3. Data Access

The Application accesses data from TikTok only after authorization by the owner of the connected TikTok account through TikTok's OAuth authorization process.

The Application does not modify, publish, or manage content on behalf of the TikTok account unless explicitly stated.

4. Data Storage

The Application does not permanently store TikTok analytics, account information, video data, or other retrieved information.

Only the OAuth access and refresh tokens necessary to authenticate API requests are securely stored. Retrieved analytics are requested from TikTok in real time when needed for display.

5. Security

OAuth credentials are stored using reasonable technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Access to the Application is restricted to authorized personnel.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its software, design, and documentation, is the property of lisa sonni and is intended solely for internal business use.

7. Availability

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the information provided by TikTok's APIs will always be complete, accurate, or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lisa sonni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
